The Latest Jobs Report Beats Expectations Yet Again

Health care added 62,000 jobs in May, higher than the average monthly gain of 44,000 over the prior 12 months.
Over the prior 12 months, leisure and hospitality had added an average of 20,000 jobs per month.

The U.S. economy added 139,000 news jobs in May, beating expectations for the third month in a row, while the unemployment rate remained unchanged at 4.2 percent, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday morning.
